Currency Heat Map

See the whole market's direction in one grid. The currency heat map scores every major and cross pair across multiple timeframes and colours each cell green or red by momentum, so you can immediately tell which pairs are trending, which are aligned across timeframes, and where the market is turning.

The whole forex market in one colour-coded grid

The heat map scores every major and cross pair across multiple timeframes and shades each cell green or red by momentum. A column that is green from the 15-minute all the way to the daily is a trend with alignment behind it; a column that flips colour halfway up is a counter-trend bounce that is likely to fail.

It is the fastest scanner in the terminal. Rather than clicking through 28 charts, you read the grid, pick the two or three pairs where every timeframe agrees, and only then open a chart.

Heat map versus currency strength meter

The heat map measures pairs; the currency strength meter measures the individual currencies inside them. Use them together — the strength meter tells you the dollar is being bought, the heat map tells you which dollar pair is expressing it most cleanly and on which timeframe.

Frequently asked questions

What is a forex heat map?

A grid that displays the performance or momentum of many currency pairs at once using colour intensity, so you can identify the strongest trends and biggest movers without opening individual charts.

How do I read the heat map?

Green cells mean upward momentum for that pair on that timeframe, red means downward, and the deeper the colour the stronger the move. Rows or columns that share a colour across timeframes indicate an aligned trend.

Which timeframe should I use?

Match it to your holding period, but always check at least one timeframe above it. Intraday traders read the 15-minute and hourly with the four-hour as context; swing traders read the four-hour and daily.
